Is grappling safe to practice?
Yes, grappling is very safe when practiced properly. Our instructors emphasize proper technique and safety, and we maintain a controlled training environment.
How often should I train?
As a beginner, we recommend training 2-3 times per week. This allows adequate time for recovery while maintaining consistent progress.
Are there opportunities to compete?
Yes! We have a competitive team that trains and competes in local and regional tournaments. We also host our own tournaments from time to time.
